Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Create and curate compelling content tailored to our target audience, including posts, stories, and interactive campaigns.
Monitor and actively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and foster brand advocacy.
Analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
Plan and execute online events, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and community growth.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing MetaCraft's values and voice across all social channels.
Maintain a proactive approach to managing community feedback and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content management systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media listening and monitoring tools is a plus.
Passion for creativity, design, and engaging with online communities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to community management.
Knowledge of design principles and basic graphic design skills are desirable but not required.
