Role Description

MetaCraft is hiring a senior‑level visual storyteller to turn raw ideas into full brand universes. You will lead key‑visual development for festivals, products, campaigns, and digital experiences while mentoring designers and collaborating with motion, UI/UX, and marketing teams to produce consistently world‑class work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own concept‑to‑delivery of branding, campaign, and key‑visual projects.

• Direct illustration, photography, colour, and typography to build scalable systems.

• Guide junior and mid‑level designers through feedback, file hygiene, and best practices.

• Partner with motion and product teams to ensure cross‑platform consistency.

• Present creative rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years professional graphic‑design experience in agency or in‑house teams.Expert command of

• Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; Framer familiarity is a plus.

• Portfolio showing complete brand systems and large‑scale campaigns.

• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and mentor designers.

• Collaborative, feedback‑oriented, and comfortable in fast‑paced sprints.

Work‑Environment Requirements

• High‑end PC/Mac able to run Adobe apps and Figma without lag.

• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and backup power source.

• Availability for daily stand‑ups between 09:00–17:00 (WAT/GMT +1).

• Must be based in Lagos (or able to commute) and available for one in-person team day per week at our Lagos meet-up hub. All other days remain remote-friendly.
