Role Description

We’re seeking a driven Sales Rep to convert opportunity into revenue. You will identify high‑potential clients, conduct discovery calls, craft proposals, and close deals for our premium creative services and retainers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of brands, startups, and agencies using HubSpot CRM.

  • Run outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry events to meet or exceed monthly SQL targets.

  • Lead discovery, present capabilities, and negotiate contracts.

  • Collaborate with marketing on ABM and inbound‑lead workflows.

  • Report weekly on pipeline health, forecast, and learnings.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years B2B sales experience (creative, SaaS, or marketing services).

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Pipedrive CRM.

  • Demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Work‑Environment Requirements
  • Laptop capable of running CRM and video calls.

  • Reliable internet (20 Mbps+) and headset for clear outreach.

  • Flexibility to connect with clients across multiple time zones.

  • Must be based in Lagos (or able to commute) and available for one in-person team day per week at our Lagos meet-up hub. All other days remain remote-friendly.
