Role Description

We need an organised, people‑centric Project Manager to keep our multidisciplinary teams moving. You will scope, schedule, and shepherd design, motion, and product projects from brief to launch, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in ClickUp.

• Run weekly status meetings and deliver clear stakeholder updates.

• Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track.

• Coordinate with clients on approvals, assets, and feedback loops.

• Lead project retrospectives and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing creative or tech projects (agency or SaaS preferred).

• Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, or Jira plus strong G‑Sheets skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies and budget tracking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Work‑Environment Requirements

• Laptop/desktop capable of running PM and video‑conferencing apps smoothly.

• Stable internet (20 Mbps+) and quiet workspace for remote calls.

• Willingness to overlap 4 hours daily with WAT (UTC +1).

• Must be based in Lagos (or able to commute) and available for one in-person team day per week at our Lagos meet-up hub. All other days remain remote-friendly.
