About MetaCraft

MetaCraft is a design-led creative studio operating at the intersection of culture, entertainment, brands, and experiences. We collaborate with artists, festivals, cultural organisations, and forward-thinking companies to shape how ideas show up in the world.

As MetaCraft grows, we are investing in the internal systems and operational structure required to support a high-performing creative team. This role exists to ensure that the company runs smoothly behind the scenes so the creative team can focus on producing exceptional work.

  • Improve how the team uses tools such as Slack, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms

  • Ensure information is organised and accessible across the company

  • Continuously refine workflows to remove friction and inefficiencies
