Role Description
MetaCraft is looking for a Community Manager to nurture and grow our creative community while managing our social media presence. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the bridge between MetaCraft and our community of creatives, brands, and cultural enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage MetaCraft’s online community across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
Develop and schedule posts that reflect MetaCraft’s voice and mission
Moderate discussions, respond to messages, and escalate inquiries to relevant teams
Support community-driven initiatives like showcases, spotlights, and events
Collaborate with design and motion teams on creative content for campaigns
Track engagement analytics and provide monthly reports with insights
Requirements
2–4 years experience in community management or social media for creative/tech/entertainment brands
Strong understanding of African creative culture and digital communities
Hands-on with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar) and social analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven ability to grow communities and maintain consistent brand voice

Work‑Environment Requirements
Laptop/desktop capable of handling community tools and video calls
Stable internet (20 Mbps+) and workspace for remote coordination
Availability for daily check-ins with Marketing Manager and team leads
Must be based in Lagos (or able to commute) and available for one in-person team day per week
